David Hodgson - Manager. David joined the Commission in September 2006 with specific responsibility for developing a regulatory regime for e-money providers. He has experience of working for both general and life insurance companies in the UK and the Isle of Man. For the past 11 years he has worked for Friends Provide International locally, with roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager and Customer Services Manager. He became an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1991 and has a BA (Hons) in Economics from Manchester University.
