PRE-1.8.08 licenceholders

PRE-1.8.08 licenceholders are subject to the 2007 Fees Regulations appropriate to their sector(s) of business (see relevant Handbook:

• Banks,
• Building Societies,
• Funds,
• Fiduciary Services,
• Investment Services).

Therefore, unless a licenceholder commences a new Regulated Activity on or after 1st August 2008, it is not expected that the Financial Services (Fees) Order 2008 will impact upon PRE-1.8.08 licenceholders during 2008.

The annual fees specified in the 2007 Fees Regulations appropriate to each type of licence are payable within one month of the date specified in the respective regulations, ie 1st July for banks, building societies, investment businesses and collective investment schemes; and 1st August for fiduciary services providers.

POST-1.8.08 licenceholders

POST-1.8.08 licenceholders are subject to the Financial Services (Fees) Order 2008.
