SECTION 26 (1) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1992

26 Disqualification of unfit persons

1. Where on an application by the Financial Supervision Commission under this section it appears to the Court that a person's conduct makes him unfit-
   1. to be a director or secretary of a company; or
   2. to be a liquidator of a company; or
   3. to be a receiver or manager of a company's property; or
   4. in any way, whether directly or indirectly, to be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company,

      the Court may make a disqualification order
