CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDERS (FEES) REGULATIONS 2002
The Corporate Service Providers (Fees) Regulations 2002 were approved by Tynwald in October and came into operation on 1 November 2002. You can find the new Regulations in Appendix F of the CSP Handbook. Section 7 of the handbook has also been amended to reflect the current position, which is as follows.
The level of application and annual fees payable to the Commission remains unchanged. However, the previous Regulations, which these replace, had to deal with licence applications made before 1st January 2002 and, with the passage of time, it has now been possible to disregard those particular circumstances and therefore simplify the Regulations. The new Regulations also clarify the position regarding the applicable annual fee payable by a start-up CSP business in the first year after the issue of its licence and in subsequent years.
