Notification of Money Transmission Services
Under the Financial Services (Exemption) Regulations 2009 a business with a turnover of less than £50,000 during the previous 12 calendar months, and which continues to have an annual turnover below £50,000, does not need to be licensed for Money Transmission Services. In order to take advantage of this exemption from licensing, existing businesses must complete this notification form and submit it to the Commission. Any new businesses, must submit the form before commencing Money Transmission Services.
